Terms of Service — RenewalHub Stock Fulfillment

These Terms govern use of RenewalHub Stock Fulfillment, a Shopify app provided by RenewalHub SA.
Service
Stock Fulfillment is a read-only diagnostic tool. It scans selected Shopify product, inventory, and location configuration and reports variants that match its documented inventory-location rule.
The app does not automatically change inventory quantities, product settings, locations, shipping profiles, themes, or checkout settings.
Merchant responsibility
You remain responsible for your Shopify store configuration and for deciding whether and how to change inventory, location, shipping, market, delivery, or other settings.
A Stock Fulfillment issue is an indication to review your configuration. A clean Stock Fulfillment scan is not a guarantee that a product can be purchased or shipped in every circumstance. Other Shopify settings and third-party systems can affect availability and fulfillment.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to provide a reliable service based on the data Shopify makes available through its APIs. Data can change between scans, and third-party platform availability is outside our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will identify every possible inventory, shipping, fulfillment, or checkout issue.
Subscription and billing
Paid subscription charges, trials, renewals, and plan changes are processed through Shopify App Pricing and are subject to the pricing displayed in Shopify.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for stores you are authorized to administer. You must not attempt to interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse Shopify APIs through the app, or use the service unlawfully.
Intellectual property
Stock Fulfillment’s software, branding, and original app materials are owned by RenewalHub SA or its licensors, subject to third-party/open-source licenses included with the software.
Suspension or termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law/platform requirements, address misuse, or respond to security issues. You may stop using the app by uninstalling it and ending the subscription through Shopify’s available controls.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RenewalHub SA is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on the diagnostic result, store configuration changes made by the merchant, Shopify outages, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date will be updated accordingly.
